2. We 'Google Earth' your property in order to confirm and layout of the property and as much of the elevation details as possible.

3. We visit your site to get a closer look, a 3D aspect and to discuss further requirements and ideas.

4. We prepare a formal design with a list of elements, timelines and costings.

5. We are able to complete the entire works if the client wishes, or they may complete the works themselves with or without our further assistance.
